Online and telephone payment options are now available. Each option allows for one-time payments with credit cards. Access requires the use of the property number and customer number that appear at the top right side of each bill.

The payment options can be used for any utility account provided by the City of Melbourne. The City provides utility services to residents of Melbourne, several other cities in Brevard County, and areas in unincorporated South Brevard County.

The online payment option can be accessed at www.melbourneutilitypayments.org/login/default.aspx. The automated telephone payment service can be accessed by calling (321) 953-6390 and choosing Option 2.

The online and telephone payment options allow for a maximum payment of $400 and require a $4 service fee for each transaction which goes to the company processing the payment.
